Appointment Policy
We are proud to be your choice for dental care in SW Calgary. To help you stay on top of your oral health, we provide appointment reminders in advance of your scheduled visit.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request at least two full business days’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient in need of care.
In the event of a missed appointment or short-notice cancellation, a fee may apply. While we do our best to provide reminders, we encourage you to track your appointments and notify us as early as possible if your availability changes.
